Refund Policy

At WebxValley, we offer both digital and physical products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products such as ebooks, templates, planners, training materials, downloadable resources, and digital courses, all digital product purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Ebooks
  • Online resources
  • Training materials
  • Templates or planners
  • Memberships or digital access products

Physical Products

For physical products such as diaries, planners, customized pens, stationery items, and branded merchandise, replacement or refund requests may be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for physical products can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Digital product orders cannot be canceled after successful payment.
